BITS & PIECES

We currently have an investigation team at the Lobby Bar. We have collected quite abit of evidence in the Davenport Hotel upstairs. We have found proof of at least 4 spirits at the bar, although Al the swamper says there is about 15...we will keep digging.Notice the orbs desending on the recorder. Stay tuned for more news as we investigate further. We investigated the old County Jail on 1/15/2008. We are currently scouring through the evidence as we speak.

OUR NEW FRIENDS AT FISHER RADIO

We would like to give a big shout out to our friends at Q106 and Fisher Radio for all their help in making Halloween night a reality. Thank you Sarah for all the lunches and everything you've done, Michelle thanks for all the wonderful "Shout Outs", Laurie what can I say ,is your "bleep " hot you are just the coolest , Jane for promoting us on KIK FM and Troy for your wonderful voice. OUR NEW LOGO
	We have been trying to come up with a logo that would represent MAPS in a nut shell and we think we have found the answer. With the thoughts of Michelle and a few hours behind the camera....a whole lot of fog and flashlights we finally think we have the MAPS logo.

HALLOWEEN OCTOBER 31, 2008

We are having a great event Halloween night at the Lobby Bar. We will have KIK FM and Q-106 at the bar from 8 to midnight. From 7pm to 1 am we will be taking people on tours and from 2 am to around 6 am we will be taking people on an investigation of the Lobby Bar / Davenport Hotel.At 1 am we will be having a drawing for a gift basket full of Ghost Hunting goodies. One of our very own decided to tie the knot. Shandi Gebhardt and Mathaniel Jones were wed at the gates of Highland Cemetary. The bride wore a black corset, black fur capelet and a skirt made of black toule. For her vail she wore a tiny black top hat. The groom wore a long tuxedo coat and blue jeans. Their ring barrier Shandis son Ashwin was decked out in a tuxedo and carried a coffin which held their rings. Their reception was held at the Elks Club where everyone had a good time. Their cake was three seperate cakes with black flowers and skeleton bride and groom on top. It was a fun time for all who came and we here at M.A.P.S would like to wish the 2 of them a very ghoulish life together. Good luck you two!!!!

On the evening of April 14th, 2009, we at MAPS had the privilege of giving a presentation, at the Choteau County Library in Fort Benton, about ghost hunting and what it is we do at. We enjoyed the company of about three dozen of the wonderful residents of this picturesque little riverside town. Fort Benton, do to its colorful history and apparent high spirit population, as well as its friendly residents, has turned into one of our favorite places to investigate. This was our first public lecture so everyone was a little bit nervous about getting everything write, but, things went really well and everyone there seemed to enjoy themselves quite a bit. We hope that this is just the beginning of our time at the podium and that other groups and organizations will want to learn about us and what we do. We talked about ghost hunting and how we do it as well as about the history of modern day ghost hunting. We showed off some of our really cool equipment while letting those in attendance try it out. This seemed to be a big hit with young and old alike. We spoke about investigations that we have been on while showing corresponding pictures and answering questions that people had. There were a lot of questions and we had a great time answering them. Thanks to everyone for asking such fabulous questions. Once again we would like to thank Jill and the Teen Advisory Counsel for inviting us out to Fort Benton to speak and we would also like to thank everyone else who showed up and made us feel so welcome. We had the privaledge of meeting with Karen Stevens author of Haunted Montana. She was doing research for another Haunted Montana and asked us to come along to Kranz and the Chouteau County Library. We went on a mini tour of Kranz and picked up a few EVP's and one of the residence a little girl we call Mary who as usaul counted for us. We will be adding the EVP's soon. Jill from the library fell ill the day we were to meet with her but we did get to talk to Cheryl the owner of the Grand Union about activity that she has had there since May of 08 when we were there. She has asked us back this fall.

10/23-31/2009
	We hosted the 2009 Kranz Haunted House this year. We had a blast building new displays and acting in the house. The fun part for us is Kranz is actually inhabited which makes it a true haunted house. We had a few experiences while building and the week of acting. It was truly a fun experience.

Halloween Roundup
	We just want to say thank you to everyone who came to the 2009 KRANZ haunted house with a can of food. We fell just a little shy of 1 ton of food. Great job Great Falls. See you all next year for an even bigger and better haunted house.

DONATIONS MADE

We would like to thank Walmart for the donations made to the Animal Foundation and the Great Falls Food Bank. Their were 5 Walmart Associates (Chris, Josh, Debbie, Jeremy and Jessica) who helped build and or worked for the Kranz Haunted House. Walmart has a program that is set up so as if any of their employees volunteers they will donate $250.00 to said charity. They donated $1250.00 to each of these well deserving charities. Way to go M.A.P.S. and Walmart

	Our own investigator in training Scott was invited by a friend of his to go to the Spalding Inn in New Hampshire. this weekend to meet my idols Jason and Grant and also get to investigate this historic Inn. We hope he gets lots of pictures so we can post them here.
