My name is Dawn and I have become interested in the paranormal ever since I had my experience which was a few years ago. It all started when I was at my fiancé Jeff’s house, and I was doing laundry in the basement. I had 5 minutes left on both the washer and dryer, so I decided just to stay down there since the laundry was going to be done soon. Well I had sat down and just as I sat down, the Washer and Dryer both went up to 20, and I saw it go 1,2,3,4 and so on. After already knowing about Jeff’s Mom’s passing, I started talking to her letting her know who I was and what I was doing and I had a feeling that she was just doing her part and lending a helping hand.
I’m originally from a small town up along the hi-line called Chinook. I’m the youngest of 4 and my Dad passed away at the age of 50 from a disease that has been in the family on his side, generation after generation. So far I have lost 3 Aunts from this disease and it’s been tough witnessing what each of them went through. I’m a strong believer in God and I thank him each and every day for the many blessings that he has blessed me with throughout the years of my life. My Mom is my hero and I remind her every day of just how much she means to me and I wouldn’t be where I am if I didn’t have the love and support from her and my family.
I’m currently enrolled in college, going to school full-time and working part-time on campus, so pretty much I have no life during the week as either I’m studying or I’m working, but on the weekends I’m usually out having fun, if not then I’m usually at home watching a good movie.

My name is Jeff and has been a lifelong Montana resident. Most of my time was spent in Belt where I graduated from High School in 1997. In 1999 a shocking revelation came over our family. My mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Treatment took place and at one point the tumor was gone. When the doctors decided to take her off of Chemo it took about a month after for the tumor to grow back twice its original size. From that point on we knew the outcome and as much as we didn’t like it we had to accept it. My mom battled the disease for almost 2 years before succumbing to in on December 19 2001. For me it should have been a very sad time, but in reality I was happy. Happy knowing that she wasn’t suffering anymore. It hurt more seeing her suffer than to watch her go. I know she’s in a better place and look forward to seeing her again in the future.
The time after moms passing was getting back to normal. I decided to travel back to Norfolk, Virginia with my sister where she was stationed while in the Navy. I made the most out of my vacation and decided to tryout for the local arena league football team. I didn’t make the team due to some personal mistakes I made on the field, I had better skills than most of the guys I just fumbled my opportunity. I have no regrets though, I take pride in the fact that I tried.
Upon returning home a month later I worked at Carmike Cinemas for a few years before deciding in 2005 to go back to school. I did and in 2007 graduated with a Certificate in Auto Body Repair & Refinishing.
As far as paranormal goes, other than me being beyond normal, I didn’t have any experiences until I returned home from Norfolk. The first time I was sleeping in my bedroom down in the basement of the house. I was dreaming that I was lying on my side and someone came up and whispered in my left year. I immediately woke up and upon waking up had the sensation of breath on my ear. I found that a bit odd. It wasn’t months later that I discovered that mom was wandering the house. Down in the basement next to my room was mom’s favorite room, that’s where she kept all her novels and other books. Everything was on shelves and was neatly placed. Well, one day I was getting ready for work and as I was tying my shoes in that particular ro0m the novels above my head started falling from left to right like dominoes, then stopped in the middle, left 4-5 books and the started taking the rest off the shelf. At the time I really didn’t have time examine the situation. The next morning I did and checked the shelves or anything that might have caused an effect like that. I came up with nothing. I’m not the only one mom’s done things to. My fiancée Dawn and my cousin Tom both have had experiences. I know she’s looking out for us and would like to tell my mom that I love her and I’ll see you in the future.
